Wattle Range Council is inviting residents of Glencoe and surrounds to a public meeting to assist in updating the Glencoe Community Town Plan.
The Community Town Plans enable each community to drive their vision for each town and look at developing a strategic approach to projects and initiatives to be progressed over the ensuing ten years.
A community information gathering session will be held on Monday, 29 July 2019 at the Glencoe Football Club Rooms. The aim of the session, hosted by Council’s Director Development Services Steve Chapple, is to update Glencoe’s 10 year plan highlighting what makes Glencoe unique and its future potential.
Interested members of the public are encouraged to attend the meeting which will run from 6 to 8.30 pm with a light supper provided by the Glencoe Football Club. This meeting will help to further develop the existing plan which is available to view on Council’s website at www.wattlerange.sa.gov.au/community-town-plans.
Once completed Council will be able to consider the Plan as part of its long-term planning and budget strategies.
For catering purposes please RSVP to Sarah Marzec, Community Development Officer on 8733 0900 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
