NOTICE is hereby given that Council proposes to lease land being Section 454 (Rendelsham Parklands), hundred of Rivoli Bay adjacent to Fosters Road, Rendelsham for grazing activities in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act, 1999.
As the land is classified as community land, Council is required to undertake public consultation prior to entering into any lease or licence.
In accordance with Council’s Community Engagement Policy, the public are invited to comment on this proposal for the lease of Community Land known as the Rendelsham Parklands (Section 454, hundred of Hundred of Rivoli Bay).
Written comments marked – “LEASE OF COMMUNITY LAND” – and addressed to Wattle Range Council, PO Box 27, MILLICENT, SA, 5280; or emailed to email@example.com close on Friday, 5 April 2019 at 5 pm.
Please note that all comments, including the names of those responding may be tabled at a public meeting of Council unless otherwise indicated by the respondent in which case their details are to be excluded from publication.

The Penola Town Square is an ongoing project being progressed by Wattle Range Council and members of the Penola community.
A community based consultation group has been formed to further develop a vision for the square considering the needs and desires of the future users of the space.
