A dry area is a public area in the Wattle Range Council area where you can't have unsealed containers of alcohol. They're clearly signposted with No Alcohol signs and are enforced by the police.
There are three dry areas in the Wattle Range Council area where unsealed containers of alcohol are banned. Find out where these areas are and how to report violations of the bans. If you're hosting a special event in one of these areas, you’ll need to apply for a liquor licence to sell alcohol.
