Section 7 Searches
Registered Real Estate Agents or Conveyancers can request a Section 7 Search via direct email to search@wattlerange.sa.gov.au
Fees apply for Section 7 Searches. There are three types of fees;
- Rates Search
- Full Search
- Urgent Search (Please note that Council will only consider urgent searches in emergency situations).
All Council fees and charges are set annually and approved by Council.
