Wattle Range Council is seeking tenders for the provision of 'Asset Valuation Services'.
The scope of work is to include:
- Valuation of Council's assets including road, footpath, kerb, buildings, structures, storm water and Community Wastewater Management Systems (CWMS) as per Council's asset valuation program
- Insurance valuations for Buildings, Structures and CWMS assets
- Indexation of Council's assets on request by Council
- General advice on asset valuations on request by Council
