You’ll receive your renewal notice by SMS, email or post, depending on your preferred contact method recorded in Dogs and Cats Online.
Following recent service interruptions, Dogs and Cats Online have notified Council that their website is now back up and running.

If your pet has been microchipped, desexed, or has sadly passed away in the past 12 months, please make sure your details are updated.
