General Wattle Range Code Amendment

Published 28th August 2025
The consultation is now open for the General Wattle Range Code Amendment.

Council is seeking community comment on the Draft General Wattle Range Code Amendment, which is now open for public consultation.

The Planning and Design Code (the Code) is the rulebook for how land can be used, developed or divided. Often referred to as "rezoning", a Code Amendment directly influences rezoning and rule changes for an area such as land division sizing and building heights.

The proposed Code Amendment includes rezoning land in nine locations across Millicent, Beachport, Penola and Glencoe.

Get involved and have your say... It's time to talk rezoning in Wattle Range
