Get ready for a seriously delicious Oktoberfest Cooking Class.
You’ll be making Traditional German Pretzels, Beer Cheese Dip, Schweinshaxe (pork knuckle), Spaetzle (german egg noodles) finished with a Mushroom Sauce. Kartoffelpuffer (crispy German Potatos Pancakes) served with Apple Mousse and a German Bee Sting Cake.
