Due to their nature, some types of development proposals require public notification. This allows people likely to be affected by the development the opportunity to comment.
The application(s) listed below are currently on public notification and anyone wishing to make representation to Council should do so in writing by the closing dates shown on the notice.

The application may be examined at the offices of Wattle Range Council located at the Penola Visitor Information Centre, Arthur Street, Penola SA 5280, during normal business hours and any person or body affected may make relevant representations in writing concerning this application to reach the Chief Executive Officer, Wattle Range Council, PO Box 27, Millicent SA 5280 no later than 5 pm on Thursday, 18 June 2020.
Each person making a submission should indicate whether that person wishes to appear personally or be represented by another party before the Council in support of that submission.
Please note that, pursuant to Section 38(8) of the Development Act, a copy of each representation received will be forwarded to the applicant for a written response.
